Really good Stay with Fine Harbour Views

The staff was helpful. They carried our bags to the room and were very friendly. The location is good for accessing town, beaches, and the train station. Breakfasts were excellent.
The welcome email could have provided more clarity. If there were multiple keys in the box, we wouldn't have known which bunch to take. I found it hard to sleep due to the heat. The room was very hot and the thermostat on the radiator was broken.

The breakfast offered a tasty selection with table service. I liked the convenient location, as the station was a short walk away. Staff were quite friendly and helpful, and nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
The room was somewhat stuffy, and the window did not stay open properly.

The hotel had a very cool vibe throughout, and I found it clean and fresh. Breakfast was an added extra and proved to be so tasty.. The hotel offered easy access down to the harbour and surrounding shops.

The hotel's position offered ideal views. It was a short walk down to the harbour and shops. The views of the Harbour were fabulous, offering a magical experience.

The welcome was really lovely with accommodating staff. Employees proved to be friendly and cute. The staff were very pleasant making for a really enjoyable stay.

the breakfast was delicious (especially the variety of options). the location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. parking at the hotel was a great convenience. the staff were very helpful and friendly.
the room i stayed in felt quite small. the window in my room would not stay open, a bit inconvenient. sharing coffee and tea facilities in the hallway instead of having them in the room was not ideal.

location was acceptable. breakfast was tasty and a bit different than usual hotel offerings.
our bay view room had a sprung window, so condensation blocked the view. i wish i had mentioned it at checkout to get some money back. also, there were no proper lights for reading in bed.
