excellent stay with harbour views
spacious room comfortable bed friendly staff
our room, the suite beautiful super king harbour view juliet balcony, offered plenty of space and great harbour views. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. the staff were efficient , helpful and friendly and always available when needed. breakfast was delicious each morning, and i particularly enjoyed the variety of options.
the shared coffee and tea facilities in the hallway, rather than in the room, was a minor inconvenience.

the suite included a super king bed , ensuring restful sleep , and also featured a juliet balcony that offered fine harbour views. the room was tastefully decorated and well maintained. two bedside tables with reading lamps were very convenient.

breakfast service included a menu with varied options , served directly at the table each morning. the restaurant also offers dinner service , but i did not dine there, so i cannot comment on the menu selection. the staff were very attentive during breakfast.

the hotel offers a parking option, but i did not use it, as i arrived by train , i did notice other guests using the parking. there is a cafe attached to the hotel , providing additional dining and beverage options, and i found it very convenient.

Really good Stay with Fine Harbour Views
helpful staff excellent breakfasts
The staff was helpful. They carried our bags to the room and were very friendly. The location is good for accessing town, beaches, and the train station. Breakfasts were excellent.
The welcome email could have provided more clarity. If there were multiple keys in the box, we wouldn't have known which bunch to take. I found it hard to sleep due to the heat. The room was very hot and the thermostat on the radiator was broken.

The breakfast had lovely fresh local produce. The coffee was GREAT!!! It was an amazing start to the day. The team really knows how to make a good cup.

tasty selection convenient location friendly staff
The breakfast offered a tasty selection with table service. I liked the convenient location, as the station was a short walk away. Staff were quite friendly and helpful, and nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
The room was somewhat stuffy, and the window did not stay open properly.

the breakfast was delicious (especially the variety of options). the location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. parking at the hotel was a great convenience. the staff were very helpful and friendly.
the room i stayed in felt quite small. the window in my room would not stay open, a bit inconvenient. sharing coffee and tea facilities in the hallway instead of having them in the room was not ideal.

location was acceptable. breakfast was tasty and a bit different than usual hotel offerings.
our bay view room had a sprung window, so condensation blocked the view. i wish i had mentioned it at checkout to get some money back. also, there were no proper lights for reading in bed.
